Peace through Justice Newsletter

In May 2025, the Congregation will begin releasing a biweekly Peace through Justice Newsletter. This biweekly newsletter is a response to the fastmoving news, legislation, and organizing that is taking place across the three regions where sisters and associates live and work. It will update subscribers about happenings across the regions and ways to get involved, either in-person or virtually. The newsletter will differ from NewsNotes in its focus on the immediacy of events and omission of any editorials or columns. 

The newsletter will include topics named in previous Chapter Commitments and in the Constitutions, such as:

• Climate Change and Climate Action

• Immigration/Defense of Migrants

• Nonviolence/Nonviolent resistance and action

• Radical Hospitality

• Anti-Racism and Inclusion  

The Peace through Justice Director will have discretion when choosing what will be included in the newsletter, but all are invited to share events and concerns.
