This past Saturday, June 27th, we joyfully celebrated the jubilee of four remarkable sisters whose lives continue to reflect the mission and spirit of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace: Sr. Kathleen Pruitt and Sr. Agnes Haddock celebrating 70 years, and Sr. Chero Chuma and Sr. Susan Francois celebrating 20 years of vowed life and service.

The day began with a beautiful Mass surrounded by family, friends, sisters, and guests from around the world. During the homily, Sr. Sheila Lemieux shared reflections on each jubilarian’s unique journey, highlighting the many ways they have faithfully lived lives of love, service, community, peace, and justice.

Following Mass, the celebration continued with a festive gathering filled with laughter, stories, and gratitude. It was a blessing to witness so many people come together to honor the jubilarians and celebrate the impact they have made on the lives of others.

The spirit of the CSJPs was deeply present throughout the day — in prayer, in joy, and in the loving community gathered together.
