Eastern Region of the United States Welcomes Three New Associates, Celebrates Two Lasting Covenants, and Ten Continuing Covenants
Patricia Holliday, the evening receptionist at St. Michael Villa, Father William Morris, Chaplain to the Sisters at St.Michael's, and Sandra Pieroni, Assistant to Sr. Anne Rutan, CSJP made their first Covenant at a liturgy celebrated by Fr. Dominic Fuccille CSJP-A on a bright sunny day in the presence of many sisters, associates, family and friends.

Sister Coralee (Corky) Muzzy, CSJP welcomed each of them on behalf of the leadership team. Each of them spoke of their comfort in the CSJP family and their commitment to living our charism of Peace through Justice.
These new Associates were joined by ten others who were renewing their commitment for one, three or five years.
And finally two Associates who have been with us for at least ten years joined for life. Diane Stoller who works at Holy Name Hospital and Pat Weidener, our incomparable secretary for the eastern region, joined other Associates who have also decided that they had made a lasting, lifetime Covenant from the very beginning and wanted to formalize that commitment
The number of Associates is now up to 54 and represents women and men to whom our charism represents a new and counter cultural way of life. As our newest Associate, Sandy Pieroni, said we can be sowers and reapers of a better world. The day concluded with a delicious lunch in St. Peter’s Auditorium.
