The Congregation Leadership Team, by their presence and leadership, foster unity and seek to promote spiritual and prophetic leadership. They challenge and support Sisters and Associates in their lives and ministry to be effective expressions of the CSJP charism. The Congregation Leadership Team is commissioned to promote the integrity and vitality of the charism by working for Peace through Justice.
In addition, the Congregation Leadership Team oversees the general administration and corporate responsibilities of the Congregation. In their tasks they are assisted by Jan Linley, Office Manager and Suzanne Golas, CSJP UN representative.
The Congregation has a formation team headed by Sheila Lemieux, CSJP as Congregation Formation Director working with Jo-Anne Miller, CSJP, Vocations Director, Beth Taylor, CSJP, Director of Temporary Profession and Gail DeMaria, CSJP Congregation Novice Director.
